Payment Terms:

All invoices must be paid at least 7 days prior to the course start date (or within the terms that have been individually agreed), where this is not possible, course bookings must be paid in full prior to the course start date. Courses that remain unpaid may result in candidates being refused entry to their course.

In the circumstances that an invoice is not paid prior to course start date and remains unpaid for a period of 30 days thereafter, a payment reminder will be sent. If the invoices remain unpaid for a further 7 days after the payment reminder notification has been sent, we will pass on any outstanding balance to a 3rd party collection agency.
